I don’t have any GPS reception

1. Temporary loss of GPS reception can occur in underpasses, tunnels, or in areas where there are particularly high or densely constructed buildings. On continuing driving and leaving areas such as these, your naviflash should find the GPS signals again.

2. Please check that the GPS antenna is correctly connected.

3. If possible, try to position your device elsewhere.

4. If you still can’t get any GPS reception, it is possible that the GPS antenna itself is defective. In this case, please ring our hotline.
