The software update didn’t work.

1. There’s the golden rule with everything that goes wrong – try again.
2. Check whether you are attempting to install compatible software for your device.
3. Please check that the CF card is correctly inserted in the CF card reader.
4. Is the card reader correctly connected to the computer?
5. Please ensure that you don’t interrupt the electricity supply to naviflash when completing the update.
6. After installing the new software, the navigation system must be switched off and switched back on again.
